Klick Distribution is proud to stand behind our products. Our warranty guarantees our products against manufacturing defects such as issues with any parts or material defects for one year with proof of purchase.

When we hear from a customer experiencing an issue with a product purchased from you, we like to continue this relationship by directing the customer back to the store with any questions regarding returns and exchanges. We ask that you please replace or refund the item in store and contact [email protected] for credit.

Your return will be refunded with original payment method to your last placed order. (Will be refunded to the credit card you used for the purchase.) For EMT payments a credit will be placed on file.

 

Little Lunch Box Co. Products

Little Lunch Box Co products are all made of durable hardwearing BPA free food safe materials. We have a full 12 month manufacturers warranty on our products. Wear and tear is a normal part of any product and common with products made for, and used by, children. Wear and tear or damage caused by drops are not a fault created during the manufacturing process and will not be claimable under our manufacturers warranty. Dishwasher damage is not covered under warranty. Limited Edition Glitter designs are hand wash only. We recommend that you always store your lunch box with the lid open when not in use to allow the seal to fully dry. Storing your lunch box with the lid closed can result in mold growth. This will not be covered under your manufactures warranty.

We guarantee our products against manufacturing defects, such as issues with any parts or material defects, for six months after purchase. Proof of purchase is required.

We do not guarantee our products for issues related to wear and tear including rips, spills, scratches, chips, mould, fading, warping, stains and odour. Please keep in mind that although our products are designed for children, they are not indestructible.

If you have purchased one of our products from a stockist, you are required to contact them directly with any warranty concerns.
